The Cyprus University of Technology (CUT) is a public university based in Limassol and is one of the leading academic and research institutions in Cyprus. It develops intense research activity in fields such as environmental science, agronomy, biodiversity, sustainable development, and innovation, participating in numerous European and international research programmes.
In the AENAON project, the Cyprus University of Technology contributes its scientific and research expertise to the recording, documentation, and evaluation of native edible plant species and the related local ecological knowledge. In parallel, it supports the development of scientific methodology, the transfer of know-how, and cross-border cooperation among the project partners.
